Quality, Verification & Analytical Standards

Corix Labs began, in part, out of frustration. Sourcing research peptides in the UK too often meant taking a supplier’s word for what was in the vial — certificates produced in-house by the same people who made the material, or no documentation at all, and no straightforward way to check any of it. If you have ever ordered a compound and quietly wondered whether the analysis behind it was genuinely independent, you already understand the problem we set out to solve.

So we built the company around the thing we could not find. Every report on this page comes from Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory with no involvement in manufacturing or selling what we supply. We run an extensive testing schedule — considerably more than is typical among UK peptide suppliers — and we publish what comes back, batch numbers and figures included. Each report carries a verification key you can check directly with the laboratory, so you need not take our word for that either.

We would rather show you the data than describe it. The reports below cover molecular identity and, where the analysis includes it, chromatographic purity — each one reproduced in full, exactly as the laboratory issued it.

Independent Analytical Verification

To ensure transparency and analytical accuracy, Corix Labs utilises Janoshik Analytical, a specialised independent laboratory recognised for peptide and compound testing. Independent analytical laboratories operate separately from manufacturing and commercial distribution activities. Their role is purely analytical: to evaluate samples using validated scientific instrumentation and generate objective analytical reports.

Testing performed by Janoshik Analytical commonly includes techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), mass spectrometry molecular identity confirmation, and chromatographic purity analysis. These analytical techniques are widely used in analytical chemistry laboratories to confirm compound composition and verify molecular identity.

Each analytical report corresponds to a specific tested batch and documents the analytical techniques used to evaluate that material. Researchers therefore receive materials that have been independently analysed rather than relying solely on manufacturer documentation. Independent testing provides a level of transparency and objectivity that cannot be achieved when analytical reports originate exclusively from internal production laboratories.

Why Third-Party Testing Matters

Within the research reagent industry it is common for suppliers to provide in-house Certificates of Analysis (COAs) generated by the same facilities responsible for manufacturing the material. While internal testing forms part of standard manufacturing quality control, relying exclusively on internally generated reports can limit transparency.

When production and testing occur within the same organisation, analytical data originates from the same operational structure responsible for producing the compound. Independent testing introduces separation between manufacturing and analytical verification.

Advantages of Independent Analytical Verification

Objective Analytical Results

Third-party laboratories operate independently of the supplier, meaning analytical results are produced by an external analytical facility that is not involved in the manufacturing or sale of the product.

Specialised Analytical Expertise

Independent laboratories dedicated to peptide analysis maintain specialised instrumentation and expertise focused exclusively on compound verification and analytical chemistry.

Transparent Analytical Documentation

Independent reports provide externally generated data regarding molecular identity and chromatographic purity, giving researchers clear documentation relating to the tested batch.

Improved Research Confidence

Researchers benefit from knowing analytical verification has been performed by a laboratory whose role is strictly analytical rather than commercial.

Supply Chain Integrity

Independent testing introduces an additional verification layer within the supply chain, helping ensure that materials distributed to laboratories have undergone external analytical confirmation.

Our Batch Testing Programme

Corix Labs operates an extensive batch testing programme — well beyond what most UK peptide suppliers provide. Material is sent to an independent laboratory on an ongoing schedule, and every report we receive is published here in full.

Batch-specific testing means the analytical data corresponds directly to a defined production batch rather than to historical or representative documentation. Testing confirms molecular identity and, depending on the analysis requested, evaluates chromatographic purity or quantifies the content of each compound present.

What we commit to is straightforward: a consistent, documented testing schedule; analysis by a laboratory with no commercial stake in the result; and publication of every report we receive, whatever the figures show. Each one carries a verification key you can check against the laboratory’s own records — because confidence in this market should rest on evidence you can confirm, not assurances you have to accept.

Batch Identification & Traceability

Each batch distributed by Corix Labs is assigned a unique batch identifier. This identifier links analytical testing records, sourcing documentation, supply chain tracking, and product distribution records.

Batch traceability is essential for research integrity. By associating analytical reports with specific batch identifiers, researchers are able to reference the exact material used in experimental work. This system supports reproducibility and allows laboratories to maintain consistent documentation within their own research records.

Storage, Handling & Packaging

Proper storage and handling procedures are important for maintaining the stability of research reagents. Corix Labs follows controlled handling procedures designed to protect material integrity prior to dispatch.

Materials are stored under appropriate conditions and packaged carefully to minimise environmental exposure during transport. Packaging methods are selected to protect materials during transit while maintaining compound stability.

Once materials are received, laboratories should follow appropriate storage procedures consistent with their internal research protocols.

Scientific Transparency

Transparency is a critical component of responsible research supply. Providing externally verified analytical documentation allows researchers to understand the characteristics of the materials used in their work. This supports better experimental documentation and enables laboratories to reference verified analytical data where required.

Corix Labs aims to support responsible scientific practice by prioritising transparency in sourcing, analytical verification, and documentation. By ensuring materials are supported by independent analytical reports and clear batch identification, researchers receive materials that are suitable for controlled laboratory research environments.

Research Use Only (RUO)

All products supplied by Corix Labs are designated Research Use Only (RUO). These materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and analytical investigation.

Products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications and are not marketed as medical products. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring materials are handled and used in accordance with applicable regulations and appropriate laboratory practices.
