By placing an order, you confirm that the products are purchased strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not supplied for human consumption, animal use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, injection, ingestion, or resale for such purposes.

International orders – import compliance

Corix Labs ships from the United Kingdom. Where an order is delivered to an address outside the United Kingdom, it is entirely your responsibility to check, before you place the order, that every item in it may lawfully be imported into your country. Import rules for research chemicals and peptides differ from country to country and can change without notice. Corix Labs cannot advise on the import rules of any country, and does not warrant that any product may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction.

By placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you confirm and accept that:

• you have checked that the items you are ordering are permitted for import into the destination country, and that you are permitted to receive them;
• you are the importer of record — any customs duty, import VAT, clearance or handling charge raised on arrival is payable by you, and is not included in the price you pay us;
• if a shipment is detained, seized, destroyed, refused entry or returned by customs or any other authority in the destination country, Corix Labs will not reship the order, will not send a replacement, and will not issue a refund;
• where import charges are not paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed as a result, this is treated in the same way as a seizure and does not entitle you to a refund or a replacement;
• you are responsible for any cost Corix Labs incurs as a result of a refused or returned import, and we may deduct it from any sum otherwise due to you.

Refunds on international orders

All orders are priced and paid in pounds sterling, and any refund is issued in pounds sterling to the account the original payment came from. Where a refund is due on an order paid from outside the United Kingdom, we refund the sum we actually received, less any bank, currency conversion, or international transfer fees incurred in taking the original payment and in issuing the refund. Those charges are set by the banks and payment providers handling the transfer, not by Corix Labs, and we are not able to waive or absorb them. The amount reaching your account will also depend on the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed and on any fee your own bank charges to receive it, so the sum you receive in your local currency may be more or less than the sum you originally paid. Corix Labs is not responsible for exchange rate movement between the date of payment and the date of refund.

None of the above affects your rights where an order is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Those are dealt with in our Delivery Information and Refunds & Returns policies.
