Shipping Methods

Corix Labs uses established courier services to deliver orders securely and reliably. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination and the courier services available at the time of dispatch.

Generally, Royal Mail tracked services are used for UK orders, although alternative couriers may occasionally be selected depending on the size of the order or delivery location.

We currently offer:

UK Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

UK Express Delivery — £7.99
Next working day delivery for orders placed before 11am. This isn't available for highlands or islands locations as the delivery takes longer to these places.

Western Europe Delivery — £19.99
Tracked delivery to Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. Delivery times vary by destination and by how long the parcel takes to clear customs, which is outside our control.

Customers receive tracking information once an order has been dispatched, allowing delivery progress to be monitored directly with the courier.

International Orders – Your Responsibility

Corix Labs ships from the United Kingdom to the United Kingdom and Western Europe only. We do not ship to any other destination.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to check, before you place your order, that every item in it may lawfully be imported into your country. Import rules for research chemicals and peptides differ from country to country and can change without notice. Corix Labs cannot advise on the import rules of any country, and does not warrant that any product may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction.

You are the importer of record. Any customs duty, import VAT, clearance or handling charge raised when your parcel arrives is payable by you and is not included in the price you pay us. Parcels to Norway, Iceland and Switzerland clear customs individually, as those countries sit outside the EU customs union.

If a shipment is detained, seized, destroyed, refused entry or returned by customs or any other authority in the destination country, we will not reship the order, we will not send a replacement, and we will not issue a refund. The same applies where import charges go unpaid and the parcel is returned or destroyed as a result.

Corix Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where shipping restrictions, regulatory considerations, or compliance concerns may apply.

Packaging and Handling

Laboratory reagents require careful packaging to protect them during transport.

Corix Labs packages all orders using protective materials designed to maintain product integrity during shipping. Products are securely sealed and packed to minimise the risk of transit damage.

Specialist postal boxes manufactured locally are used to improve shipping safety and presentation.

Each shipment includes product labels and batch identifiers to help laboratories maintain accurate documentation and traceability.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier service, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information is provided to assist customers in monitoring shipment progress.

If a shipment is delayed, customers should first contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. Where additional assistance is required, Corix Labs may help facilitate communication with the courier service.

Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, customers should contact Corix Labs as soon as possible after delivery.

Photographs of the packaging and contents may be requested to assist with investigation and resolution of the issue.

Prompt reporting helps ensure shipping-related concerns can be reviewed and resolved efficiently.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting Corix Labs support.

Once an order has entered the courier network and has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers are encouraged to review order details carefully before completing checkout.

Research Use Only Compliance

All products supplied by Corix Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes.

They are supplied as Research Use Only (RUO) materials and are not intended for human use, medical treatment, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic applications.

Customers purchasing from Corix Labs agree that all supplied materials will be used solely within appropriate research environments and in accordance with applicable laboratory regulations and procedures.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within one business day, although processing times may occasionally vary during periods of increased demand.

Customers receive dispatch confirmation once their shipment has left the facility.

All shipments are prepared with attention to packaging integrity, product security, and batch traceability.
