These terms govern participation in the Corix Labs affiliate programme, operated by Corix Research Labs UK Limited (trading as Corix Labs). By registering as an affiliate you agree to these terms in full. Corix Labs may update these terms at any time.

How the programme works

  • On approval, you receive a unique 10% discount code to share with your audience.
  • You earn a 5% commission on the net value (excluding VAT and shipping) of completed, paid orders that use your code.
  • Commission is earned only on orders that are completed and not subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
  • Commission is not earned on your own purchases.

Compliance — this is a condition of participation

All Corix Labs products are supplied strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory materials and are not for human or veterinary use. Because your promotional content is treated as advertising for Corix Labs under the UK CAP Code and applicable law, you must not, in any content, post, video, message, or advertisement that references Corix Labs or our products:

  • make any human-use, veterinary-use, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical claim;
  • provide or imply any dosage, cycle, administration, reconstitution-for-use, injection, or self-administration guidance;
  • make any weight-loss, bodybuilding, muscle-growth, anti-ageing, healing, recovery, disease-treatment, or other health or benefit claim;
  • imply the products are intended for human or animal consumption;
  • use testimonials, reviews, or before/after imagery that imply human use;
  • describe the products as anything other than research-use-only laboratory materials.

You must present the products only as laboratory research compounds for in-vitro research by qualified researchers. Breach of this section results in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commission, and you remain responsible for your own content and any regulatory consequences arising from it.

Promotion standards

  • No spam, unsolicited email, or misleading advertising.
  • No bidding on “Corix Labs” or brand/trademark terms in paid search, and no use of our branding in a way that implies you are Corix Labs.
  • No cookie-stuffing, self-referrals, or artificial order manipulation.
  • Where required, disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (e.g. “ad” / “affiliate”) in line with ASA/CMA guidance.

Payment

  • Commissions are calculated on completed orders and confirmed after the returns/refund window has passed.
  • Payouts are made on request once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum threshold, via the payment method on your affiliate account.
  • You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commissions earned. You must be at least 18 years old.

General

Corix Labs may suspend, remove, or terminate any affiliate, or the programme, at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
